- Members from every Block will be trained in clusters.
- Training will include formation of 10 member booth-committee for each booth .
- Mobilisation of voters.
- Management of booth wise voters by Polling agents.
- Training on tackling bogus voting on weak booths, conversion of swing votes in battleground booths and ensuring 90% favourable voting in strong areas.
- Strategic Training of polling agents and relievers.
- Training regarding working and all components of EVM and VVPAT.
- Training on use of all forms and documentation process.

- Analysis of last 3 AC & PC elections

- A comprehensive strategy for maximum outreach based on scientific data
