  • Training will include formation of 10 member booth-committee for each booth .
  • Mobilisation of voters.
  • Management of booth wise voters by Polling agents.
  • Training on tackling bogus voting on weak booths, conversion of swing votes in battleground booths and ensuring 90% favourable voting in strong areas.
  • Strategic Training of polling agents and relievers.
  • Training regarding working and all components of EVM and VVPAT.
  • Training on use of all forms and documentation process.

    (A) Constituency Compendium
    • Political history of the seat
    • Voting pattern
    • Analysis of last 3 AC & PC elections
    • Real-time mood analysis by field teams
    • A complete document of major issues of the Assembly Constituency
    • Caste, religion and other sect wise major discussions
    • Major demands of the pressure groups Scheme wise status and talking points
    (B) Strategy
    • A comprehensive strategy for maximum outreach based on scientific data
    • All previous election data, caste dynamics, local equations and other important data will be evaluated for targeted approach
    • All vulnerable areas will be targeted through digital mediums of voter outreach
    (C) SWOT Analysis
    • A complete analysis of the AC will be provided on: Strength, Weakness, Opportunities and Threat
    (D) Issue Based Dossiers
    • Complete point wise details on all issues and schemes
    • This will also be helpful in delivering speeches and media briefing
    • Content and information will be developed taking help from these dossiers
